SURFACE TREATMENT OVERHEAD CONVEYOR

The area of surface treatment and painting of heavy and bulky parts requires a maximum of precautions, both in the handling and in the treatment conditions, with exposure to specific conditions (passage in the oven for example).

OCA therefore offers a complete range of overhead conveyors for the handling, transfer and storage of parts. Powered or manually actuated, OCA overhead conveyors allow parts to be suspended and thus ensure access to all faces and thus a treatment in its entirety, simplified throughout the entire transformation process. By a simple push, the parts are moved in the different processing stations throughout the transformation chain.

Our overhead conveyors are fully scalable with different possible options:

• • Lifting station at loading and unloading stations for heavy parts,
• Loading table (to accompany a room in the lift)
• Manual or motorized ferry,
• Rotating rail, • Switches
• Resistance to high temperatures (> 700°C)

Cassette system, satellite conveyor, loading and unloading station, ferry, on-board elevator, our overhead or ground mechanized conveyors allow us to transport loads from 0 to 9000 kg (monorail or double rail).

Our systems are specially designed to transport parts in the different stages of surface treatment, especially in paint tunnels and high temperature baking ovens. Manual or automated conveyors and ferries, we adapt our facilities to your constraints.
